Treatment Styles
Hydrotherm
A unique and alternative style of Massage where you lay on-top of two giant, perfectly warm, water cushions to soothe away aches and pains. The oil is applied in between the cushions and your body allowing your own bodyweight to be the guide for pressure. There's no face holes or sinus build up as there's no need to turn over. The most comfortable massage experience there is.
Deep Tissue
A deeply soothing and effective deep tissue technique provides a great balance of relaxation and muscle tension release using traditional massage techniques such as trigger point therapy and range of stretch movements and efflurage.
PREGNANCY
MASSAGE
Mums-to-be can take the weight off their feet, laying face up throughout the whole treatment. This great posture helps to induce relaxation for treatment and aids with the variety of pregnancy ailments that come up during this time.
